The Spartan Challenge itself is quite inspiring, but will all the chaos in my life right now, I've been having trouble turning inspiration into motivation. Maybe some of you can relate! I just saw this article today, and it's getting me thinking. (Especially the part about sleeping less...) Maybe it will inspire you as well:

That's a pretty cool story. Say the word man..and we'll go out to the Casino and traverse home!! We might want to time it so we have daylight though!! How far from your house to work? Could we make it? And home? Sometimes a nice long distance Journey can really wake you up!!
I've been doing a lot of reading this vacation and little activity. It's been great! That book "Gates of Fire" by Stephen Pressfield has been awesome so far. I'm 200 pages in or so and have been hooked from the first page. What a great recomendation by Liondormant. If you're like me and not much of a reader I would not suggest reading three books at once. I often remember the story as one about Gandolf and his friend Wren who live in a Little Tree where they are training to fight the Persian army.
Excellent story Gerb man, changing inspiration to perspiration is the toughest part, especially this time of the year. Every little bit counts though, adding like drops in the bucket...I've heard that somewhere...
